Caritas Nigeria sensitizes staff and sister agencies to participate in the forthcoming 2023 General elections

Beneficiaries for the 2020 Card distribution scheme in the Caritas Germany/German Federal Foreign Office (FFO) Project were sensitized on the newly developed Caritas Nigeria Feedback and Complaint Mechanism. 

Caritas Nigeria as an equal opportunity organization is guided by a set of core values which among other things frowns at fraud and all forms of abuse, harassment, exploitation and corruption.

In a bid to entrench her core values into what she does, Caritas Nigeria developed and integrated into her programming a Feedback Complaint Mechanism to enable her beneficiaries and stakeholders make genuine complaints or be heard as they relate with the organization.

The sensitization exercise took place on August 13th 2020, in far away Sulumburi Dogon Yaro IDP camp, in Maiduguri, Borno State.

The German FFO Project otherwise referred to as Relief Aid Project for victims of Boko Haram in Northen Nigeria, Cameroun and the West of Chad  is being implemented in Borno State by Caritas Nigeria with funding from Caritas Germany through the German Federal Foreign Office.
